BH Live (Enterprises) Ltd, is a wholly owned trading subsidiary of parent organisation, BH Live. BH Live (Enterprises) Ltd, has been established to manage the non charitable activities, primarily relating to Conferences and Exhibitions.

Members of the Trading subsidiary include 4 members from the main board, Bob Boulton Chairman of BH Live (Enterprises) Ltd, Michael Wright, Philip Dewhurst and Cllr Bob Chapman together with Peter Gunn, Chief Executive.

Mrs. Gina Mackin – Managing Director at Best Western Montague Hotel
Born and bred in Bournemouth, Gina has significant experience in the tourism industry, currently acting as Events Co-coordinator for the Bournemouth Tourism Management Board. She also sits on the Boards of the Town Centre Management and Bournemouth Chamber of Trade. Due to Gina’s role in Bournemouth Air Festival she was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008. Her local knowledge, contacts and experience at Board level are an ideal combination for BH Live (Enterprises) Ltd, established to develop the conference and exhibition business for the town.

Councillor David Kelsey
Dave Kelsey born in Portsmouth but after coming to Bournemouth for a weekend back in 1983, has yet to go back home and now considers this the place to be. He started running nightclubs but is now a relocation consultant as well as being a local councillor (East Cliff & Springbourne). Having had a kidney and pancreas transplant back in 07 David spends a lot of his spare time either walking or playing badminton to help keep fit. David thinks that Bournemouth has so much to offer the residents and visitors of this town and is keen to help make it even better.

Councillor Beverley Dunlop
Originally from Birmingham Beverley first came to Bournemouth in 1977. Pursuing a career in telecoms she has lived in many parts of the UK leading acquisitions, setting up new operations, launching new products and directing projects, finally working as a consultant in organisation development and leading business transformation projects. Beverley moved back to Bournemouth with her family in 2002 continuing with consultancy and interim management contracts. She was elected as a councillor for the ward of Moordown in 2007 and a few months later took up the portfolio for Economy and Tourism during a very busy and eventful period covering the first Air Festival, delivery of Boscombe Spa Village Regeneration, Parks Investment Policy, Seafront Masterplan and finally BH Live. Beverley stepped down from the cabinet in January 2010 to focus on her business but remains a ward councillor.
