We are proud to showcase some of Dorset’s finest produce and endeavour to procure from within 50 miles of the BIC. Ian Page heads up our kitchen team and takes inspiration from the abundant local larder that Dorset has to offer.
We actively promote the use of products that have been ethically traded including Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and Dorset assured meats.
